Data we process

We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your full name, email address, phone number, project location, information about the planned project, message content and uploaded attachments. The server may also record basic technical data, such as your IP address, request date, browser type and the requested page address.

Purposes and legal bases

• responding to your enquiry, preparing information or a quotation and taking steps before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• maintaining correspondence, ensuring website security and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• processing information voluntarily submitted in the form and attachments on the basis of your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where consent is the appropriate legal basis.

Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to our hosting and email provider, OVHcloud, technical support providers and other entities supporting the controller under appropriate agreements. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law.

Retention period

We retain data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent collaboration, and afterwards for the period required to meet legal obligations or protect against claims. Data processed solely on the basis of consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits further processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and — where processing is based on a legitimate interest — object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to submit the form and handle your enquiry. Please do not include special-category personal data in messages or attachments unless strictly necessary.

Automated decision-making

Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. The website does not use its own cookies for advertising or analytics.
